Perhaps I’m getting old, who knows. However it’s hard not to notice accents when you’re no longer around them every day. Just got off the phone from the hair dressers, to find the person who I absolutely love cutting my hair doesn’t work there any more. I’m devistated! He did such a fantastic job on my hair, what am I going to do now!! Anyway the girl on the phone was obviously from London, the word “diction” is clearly meaningless.
